สำนักวิชาการศึกษาทั่วไปฯ จัดประชุม LINE Official Account และ GenEd Service Quality ครั้งที่ 2/2569

โดยผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.มาธุสร แข็งขัน ผู้อำนวยการสำนักวิชาการศึกษาทั่วไปฯ เป็นประธานในการประชุม

ทั้งนี้ มีผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.จารุมน หนูคง รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิชาการ นางสาวภัททิยา ตรัยที่พึ่ง หัวหน้าฝ่ายบริการการศึกษา และบุคลากรฝ่ายบริการการศึกษา เข้าร่วมประชุมในครั้งนี้

การประชุมครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อติดตามความคืบหน้าการดำเนินงานจากการประชุมครั้งที่ 1/2569 พร้อมทั้งมุ่งยกระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการทางการศึกษาผ่านช่องทางดิจิทัล ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ เข้าถึงได้อย่างทั่วถึง และตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้เรียนในยุคดิจิทัล

ทั้งนี้ การดำเนินงานดังกล่าวสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDG 4: Quality Education) โดยมุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมโอกาสทางการศึกษาที่เท่าเทียม การเข้าถึงแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่มีคุณภาพ และการพัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตผ่านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่องและยั่งยืน

The Office of General Education organized the 2/2026 LINE Official Account and GenEd Service Quality Meeting.

Assistant Professor Dr. Martusorn Khaengkhan, Director of the Office of General Education, presided over the meeting.

Participants included Assistant Professor Dr. Jarumon Nookhong, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs; Ms. Phattiya Traitheephueng, Head of Academic Services; and staff from the Academic Services Department.

The purpose of this meeting was to follow up on the progress from the 1/2026 meeting, while aiming to enhance the quality of educational services delivered through digital channels to ensure efficiency, accessibility, and responsiveness to the needs of learners in the digital era.

This initiative aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 4: Quality Education), focusing on promoting equitable access to education, improving access to quality learning resources, and developing lifelong learning support systems through digital technology to continuously and sustainably enhance the quality of education.
