Office of General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning Participates in the Workshop “Enhancing Knowledge Management through Generative AI”

The Office of General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning participated in the workshop entitled “Enhancing Knowledge Management through Generative AI.”

Ms. Namthip Kleebbuaban, Head of Office, together with Ms. Kritsana Aree, Head of the Planning, Budget, and Quality Assurance Division, and staff members of the Office of General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning, attended the workshop organized by the Policy and Planning Division, Office of the President. The program aimed to promote effective and modern Knowledge Management (KM) practices that align with the demands of the digital era.

The workshop was officially opened by Associate Professor Dr. Witthaya Mekkham, Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance. The event also featured a special lecture by Dr. Siwaporn Linthaluek on the topic “Modern Knowledge Management Concepts and Generative AI.” The session provided participants with valuable knowledge and practical techniques for applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the workplace to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen staff competencies, and support the university’s sustainable transformation into a digital organization.
