Gen Ed SSRU Hosts a Study Visit from the Army Education Department’s Military Teacher Training Program, Batch 5

On Friday, June 20, 2025, the Office of General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University welcomed a study visit from participants of the Military Teacher Training Program, Batch 5, under the Army Education Department. The event took place at the Chor Kaew Meeting Room, Building 31, 1st Floor, from 08:30 to 12:00 hrs.

The visit aimed to provide an opportunity for military educators to gain insights into the university’s management strategies and the application of modern educational technologies. The delegation was formally welcomed by Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, along with Lecturer Tonfon Supniran, Assistant to the President for Corporate Communications, who delivered opening remarks.

The event featured two keynote lectures: the first titled “Integrating Technology into Modern Educational Management” presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Jarumon Nookhong, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs and Acting Deputy Director for Innovative e-Learning; and the second, “Being a Modern Educator Who Understands Learners”, delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Korkamon Choochuay, Assistant to the President for Curriculum and Learning Management.

Both lectures highlighted essential aspects of 21st-century teaching, focusing on skill development, the role of technology in learning management, creating effective learning environments, and addressing learners’ evolving needs.

This study visit marked another step in strengthening academic collaboration between higher education institutions and public sector organizations. It underscored Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University’s commitment to fostering sustainable educational development and knowledge exchange on a national scale.
