Gen Ed SSRU Participates in “Safe & Smart” Cybersecurity Knowledge Exchange Towards a Smart University

On Tuesday, June 17, 2025, from 09:00 to 12:00 hrs., the Office of General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning (Gen Ed SSRU) took part in the online training and knowledge exchange session “Safe & Smart: Towards a Smart University with Cybersecurity” via Google Meet.

The session was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sirilux Ketchai, Vice President for Digital Technology. The training featured Mr. Weerayut Pruedprow, a cybersecurity specialist, who delivered a lecture aimed at enhancing awareness and understanding among university personnel regarding cyber threats in educational settings. The session emphasized recognizing online scams and fraudulent activities, as well as strategies for preventing cybersecurity threats.

Representing Gen Ed SSRU were Ms. Phattiya Traitheepueng, Head of the Innovative e-Learning Division, Mr. Narasak Phunaploy, Head of General Administration, along with staff members from the Innovative e-Learning Division.
