The Office of General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning advanced its organizational management capabilities through the OKRs framework to effectively drive results toward success.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Martusorn Khaengkhan, Director of the Office of General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning, together with Ms. Kritsana Aree, Head of the Planning, Budgeting and Quality Assurance Department, Ms. Pattiya Traitheepheung, Head of the Academic Service Department, and personnel from the General Administration Department, Academic Service Department, and Department of Innovative e-Learning, participated in the workshop on developing systematic goal-setting and performance measurement skills using OKRs.

The workshop was organized by the Policy and Planning Division. The opening ceremony was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chutikarn Srivibul, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, while Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wittaya Mekkham, Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance, delivered the project report and outlined its objectives.

The event also featured Dr. Wichai Limpitikranon as the keynote speaker, sharing knowledge and insights on organizational management through the OKRs framework. The workshop aimed to enhance participants’ understanding and promote the effective implementation of OKRs within the organization, translating strategic goals into practical and measurable outcomes.
