Gen Ed SSRU Enhances Skills and Shares Knowledge on AI for Modern Research
On Thursday, November 7, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Chao Kaew Conference Room, Building 31, 5th floor, Dr. Mathusorn Khaengkhan, Director of the General Education Department, Dr. Sittichai Pinthuma, Deputy Director of Administration, and Ms. Namthip Kleebbuaban, Head of Office, along with department staff, hosted an event to strengthen understanding of AI in modern research. Dr. Sukyun Thepthong, an expert in research strategy and organizational development with AI, was invited to speak on "AI for Work & Research." This session aimed to expand participants' knowledge of artificial intelligence, provide training on applying AI in office work and contemporary research, and support lifelong learning opportunities.
The above activity aligns with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education, promoting the application of artificial intelligence in research and office management. This supports lifelong learning and the development of new skills essential for modern work and research. It also aligns with SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure by providing training in AI applications for research and office operations. This training encourages the integration of new technologies to advance organizational development and enhances personnel capacity to leverage technology for improved work efficiency.
