Gen Ed SSRU Participates in Customer Journey Training

On Wednesday, February 5, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, at Suphannika Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Wang Suan Sunandha Hotel, the Business Development and Revenue Generation Division, Central Office, organized a training session on Customer Journey.

Associate Professor Dr. Bandit Phangnirand, Vice President for Business Development and Revenue Generation, presided over the opening ceremony. The session was led by expert speaker Ajarn Nattapat Lopradeephong, a strategic planning consultant at the Education Office, Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital.
