Documents to be prepared on the day of tablet pick up.

 In case of receiving by yourself

1. Receipt Receipt for portable computer (Tablet) 2 sets with signature

2. Student card or original identity card

3. A copy of student card or ID card, certified copy.

4. An original ID card with a copy of the recipient in the amount of 1 copy and certified copy.

5. Power of attorney, 1 set (download from the website registered to receive the tablet http://www.ge-tablet.ssru.ac.th)

note

1. In the event that the information is not found in the registration system for a portable computer (Tablet), but there is evidence of a receipt of registration fee with a value of media and learning equipment, price 7,900 baht, can contact for correction. For more information, please call 02-1601265 ext. 301, 303 (notify one day before the pick up date).

2. In the event that there is no receipt to pay for the registration fee with media and learning materials, the price is 7,900 baht, you can request a new one at University Finance Jobs President's Office Building (100 baht )
