Schedule for receiving a portable computer (Tablet) for students in the first year of the academic year 2020 (Round 2)

*** Location: Health and Sports Center Building 38, 3rd floor

Documents to be prepared on the day of tablet pick up.

1. Receipt Receipt for portable computer (Tablet) 2 sets with signature

2. Student card / original ID card

3. A copy of the national ID card with certified copies.

4. A copy of the registration fee payment receipt Which specifies the cost of 1 set of school supplies and certified copies

5. In case of giving another person on behalf

- A copy of the original ID card with a copy of the recipient

- Power of Attorney Download from the website registered to get the tablet. http://www.ge-tablet.ssru.ac.th

Note:

1. Students who register to receive a portable computer (Tablet) can receive only the registered date and time.

2. If unable to pick up a portable computer (Tablet) by the registered date and time Students are required to complete the second registration process after the final exam.

3. If students have inquiries, they can inquire at One Stop Service of the Office of General Education. On official days and hours
