The Office of General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning Holds KM Consultation Activity for Fiscal Year 2025

On Wednesday, June 25, 2025, from 09:00 to 10:00 hrs, the Office of General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning (Gen Ed SSRU) organized an online consultation activity via Google Meet as part of its Knowledge Management (KM) initiative for the fiscal year 2025.

The session was honored by the presence of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sumalee Thienthongdee, Director of the Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (Secondary Division), who served as an expert advisor. She provided guidance and valuable recommendations for the Community of Practice (CoP) group on the topic of knowledge sharing related to “Digital Skill Development and Managing Digital Conversations Using Artificial Intelligence” to enhance student services, with a focus on Sentiment Analysis in student conversation data.

Participants included Ms. Krisana Aree, Head of Planning, Budget, and Quality Assurance Division; Ms. Pattiya Traitheepheung, Head of the Innovative e-Learning Division; Mr. Narasak Phunaploy, Head of General Administration; along with relevant personnel. The activity aimed to foster digital literacy and AI integration to support student services effectively.
