THE SCIENCE OF WELL-BEING

The course was about positive thinking; how to change attitudes towards things which can cause negativity. When your mental health is good, your physical health is also good.  I decided to learn this course because the knowledge can be applied in my daily life and my worklife. For me, Cousera has a lot of knowledge and fun. Even though it is in English, it is easy to understand; it has Thai subtitles. Moreover, there is a certificate after finishing the course.
