        On March 20, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., the Office of General Education and Electronic Learning Innovation, teaching and learning for the course GEN0117, is e-learning (e-learning) with the honor of Dr. Kamollak Phophan, the lecturer who Teach was presented to Negotiation is a process used to find understanding and agreement between parties, especially in discussing a solution or setting things up concerning the participants of the negotiation. The participants in the negotiations between the parties will have different needs. And finally, there will be an agreed outcome.
