• GE provided an online course “Mentality and Mental Training”

        On October 19th, 2021 from 11:00 to 14:00. The office of General Education and Electronic Learning Innovations organized the online teaching course GEN0305 "Mentality and Mental Training'' on the website of General Education courses (E-Learning) by Arjarn Jarasporn Konchum. The lecturer presented how to deal with emotions as a skill that can be developed through various methods and techniques. Controlling negative emotions with proper emotional expression is the development of one's emotional abilities that are essential when emotions affect one's body, mind, and behavior along with others and success in life.
