How to create effective speaking content and summaries Whether you're speaking to a 700-person room, an introduction is your chance to grab the attention of your listeners. You have the ultimate power to impact your audience at the beginning and end of your presentation. So most viewers decide on your credibility within the first 3 minutes of hearing your introduction. The way you start speaking is therefore vital to your success. Your initial introduction to the start of a speech will attract and build anticipation for good things to come, and the conclusion is your final message to your listeners. Summarize the presentation of what you want the audience to remember. Summarize the presentation by highlighting some key points from the overall talk. and important techniques, and finally to tell your audience what you want them to remember. and preparing the audience for the Q&A session
