          October 11, 2022 Office of General Education and Electronic Learning Innovation Conducted teaching and learning in the GEN0111 Building Leadership Skill (e-learning) course. Strategic Leadership Characteristics Strategic Leadership is a leader with multiple skills inherent in abilities, perspectives, ideas, and behaviors that combine logic and imagination. Can create success for the organization in various ways and manage both subordinates and senior executives in the organization. And a very good strategic leader can turn a lot of bad situations back for good. And can also convert the strategy into a strategy that is appropriate to make work efficiency.
