responds to exercise. and will be able
to identify behaviors, choices and
environments that affect health and
training. It explored the many important
adjustments the body needs to properly
respond to the stress of exercise.

good course. It is a study of many
wonderful things about the human body,
such as the body's response to
exercise and nutrition, how to eat, when
to exercise and how to get nutrients. So
I chose to take this course more about
exercise training to make our weight
loss more effective.
