Science of Exercise
               This course is about learning exercise science. It describes a better physiological way of how your body responds to exercise. and will be able to identify behaviors, choices and environments that affect health and training. It explored the many important adjustments the body needs to properly respond to the stress of exercise. including changes in carbohydrate metabolism fat and protein nutrition knowledge Causes of muscle pain and fatigue Including the effectiveness and dangers that arise from the use of the drug The proactive learning assessment will challenge you to apply this new knowledge through nutrition records. heart rate monitor Calculating total calorie expenditure for each day and body mass index This course is a very good course. It is a study of many wonderful things about the human body, such as the body's response to exercise and nutrition, how to eat, when to exercise and how to get nutrients. So I chose to take this course more about exercise training to make our weight loss more effective.
