Office of General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning Participates in Personnel Development Program for Fiscal Year 2026

Ms. Krissana Aree, Head of the Planning, Budgeting, and Quality Assurance Department, participated in the Personnel Development Program for Fiscal Year 2026 under the training course entitled “Preparation for Budget Proposal Development, Operational Planning, Budget Expenditure Planning, and Effective Budget Presentation Techniques for Successful Budget Allocation and Efficient Budget Management” (Batch 5). The program was held during 6–7 June 2026 and organized by the Academic Service Center, Silpakorn University, at the Royal River Hotel, Bangkok.

The training was honored by Mr. Niran Jomthong, former Director of Budget Standards Division 2, Bureau of the Budget, who served as the guest speaker and shared his expertise in public budget management. The program covered key topics including budget laws and the budget cycle, budget proposal preparation, expenditure analysis and classification, as well as guidelines for effective budget administration in accordance with government regulations and standards.

The knowledge and experience gained from this training can be applied to organizational planning, budget preparation, and resource management, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
