Policies for Development and Operational Guidelines
          In terms of policies concerning action plan in fiscal year 2018, the Office of General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning has set up frame work for yearly operation as follows: Policies concerning mobilizing collaboration with ASEAN community
          1. Support the office to collect the annual reports relevant to mobilizing collaboration with ASEAN community
          2. Support the office to analyze the annual reports relevant to mobilizing collaboration with ASEAN community
          3. Support the office to create plans concerning mobilizing collaboration with ASEAN community
          4. Support the office to organize activities concerning mobilizing collaboration with ASEAN community
          5. Support the office to conduct follow-up activities, assessment, and progressive reports based on plans concerning mobilizing collaboration with ASEAN community

Policies concerning education management
          1. Make an emphasis on supporting learning by a variety of innovation to achieve learners’ and Community’s needs
          2. Make an emphasis on network system and educational partnerships based on the principle concerning the participation of community as well as state and private sectors
          3. Connect and integrate education with providing community academic services and student development activities with community’s collaboration
          4. Make an emphasis on learning and instruction for student development based on the students’ required quality

Policies concerning activities for student development
          The Office of General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, specifies policies concerning student development based on the university policies including enabling the graduates to gain leadership, academic knowledge and abilities, moral, as well as ethics, and to live their lives through competitive society based on the university identity. The guidelines are implemented as follows;
          1. Make an emphasis on supporting learning by a variety of innovation to achieve learners’ and Community’s needs
          2. Make an emphasis on network system and educational partnerships based on the principle concerning the participation of community as well as state and private sectors
          3. Connect and integrate education with providing community academic services and student development activities with community’s collaboration

Policies concerning procurement
          1. To enable the personnel responsible for procurement to conduct procurement correctly and effectively and in line with plans
          2. To adjust the process and mechanism for the quality management and plan implementation concerning action plan of procurement, fiscal year 2018
          3. To monitor the systematic follow-up and assessment of procurement action plan, fiscal year 2018

Policies concerning income generating
          Administrate and manage resources, assets, and intellectual assets including generating income from the office’s academic service as a part of the university’s income. Enabling the independent administration and management under the university’s rules and regulations and paying much attention to mobilizing the operation based on the university’s policies and precise requirements

Policies concerning the preservation of arts and culture
          1. Support and mobilize activities concerning religion, local arts, culture and tradition, conserve customs and local intellect emphasizing the faculty members’ participation in annual important events
          2. Integrate the preservation of arts and culture with learning and instruction activities including academic service activities
          3. Provide services and public relation about data and information concerning local arts and culture

Policies concerning academic services
          Publicize body of knowledge derived from the researches and innovation created by the office through academic service projects and create collaboration with networks of national and international organizations with the purpose of thorough and wide application, create good image of the office, and utilize the results of academic services in continuous research and development for quality improvement as well as personnel development for higher performance and sustainable career development

Policies concerning the improvement of landscape and environment
          The Office of General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, has strong determination to continually create good environment for organization, community and society based on environmental management standard ISO 14001 : 2004 with the following policies concerning environment.
          1. Administrate and manage the environment based on the regulation of laws and others relevant rules
          2. Determine to efficiently utilize the resources including to reduce environmental  pollution caused by various human activities
          3. Create the personnel’s sub-consciousness in caring for the environment continuously
          4. Organize review regularly about the boundary for objective and goal specification and the development plan for environmental management
          5. Publicize and support data concerning local and public environmental management

Policies concerning research
          Develop research and create innovation in the forms of instructional medias, learning and instructional management system and supportive self-study system with electronic medias and current technologies including personnel development for higher performance in terms of research development and innovative creation for efficient utilization of learning system by learners and instructors with their full satisfaction

Policies concerning information technology
          Develop the personnel’s higher performance in information technology including the ability to create research and innovation including learning medias and various forms of learning supportive systems utilizing electronic medias and current technology supporting learning and instruction efficiently with users’ full satisfaction and creating good organization’s image

Policies concerning personnel development
          1. Facilitate and support continuous personnel development to strengthen their full capacity, and to create and change their consciousness and attitude to the required direction appropriately, and to be aware of moral and ethics
          2. Facilitate personnel training with the purposes of increasing their knowledge, capability, skills including value, ethics and precise and up-to-date attitude, and enabling personnel to utilize the experience gained from the training in their assigned tasks and to cope with changes in the future, regarding the training and personnel development as investment for the office’s progress leading to the suitable budget allocation, and the precise specification of criteria and duration of training in each fiscal year
          3. Facilitate and support the collaboration in creating network of personnel development between the university and other divisions with the purpose of enabling the personnel development to cover and satisfy the precise needs
